The tariff includes air conditioning and electricity.
No under occupancy surcharges.
Airport transfers can be arranged if required.
 

Prices quoted are for the apartment per week. Any change over day is permissible however if the week occupies two different season tariffs it will be charged at the higher rate. Payment is by crossed cheque only, made payable to 'J Wilkes'.

You may take occupancy of the apartment from 3pm on the day you arrive and vacate the apartment no later than 11am on the day of departure.

A  deposit of £100 per week booked is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

Cancellation charges:

The deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation within 6 weeks of the holiday: the full payment is non refundable.
If however we are able to re-let your week we will return your payment (including deposit) in full.
Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance including a cancellation clause.
