The apartment enjoys a sea view from the balcony. The layout includes open plan living/dining leading out via patio doors to the sunny balcony. The balcony has sea and pool views catching the sun between 7am and 6pm. There is an ample kitchen area with oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave; laundry lobby with washing machine; bathroom with WC basin in a marble vanity unit and bath with shower, and one double and one twin room each with large built in wardrobes. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The high windows let in plenty of light and afford splendid views to the generous gardens. The apartment can be reached via a lift or stairs. The apartment is conveniently close to all amenities and services of Yeroskipou and Pafos town, such as banks and supermarkets, as well as to a wealth of cafes and restaurants. Within a 3 minute walk is a supermarket. It will take 10 minutes to walk to Yeroskipou village centre and 25 minutes to walk to the Paphos harbour area. There are many beautiful beaches within easy walking distance down quiet country lanes, and the popular sandy beaches of Pafos town and Coral Bay are just a short drive away.
